    Job Description
    The Maintenance Worker position will be responsible to perform routine maintenance, minor repair tasks, and housekeeping/custodial work at all PA Options for Wellness facilities. Work will be performed in both an interior as well as exterior office environment.
    This position is considered safety sensitive and is essential to company operations.
    Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
    • Provide routine maintenance for all PA Options for Wellness buildings, both interior and exterior areas, including but not limited to:
      • Replace lightbulbs, HVAC filters, etc.
      • Minor repairs to furniture, windows and shades, locks, faucets, etc., escalating more complex repairs to a supervisor.
      • Trash/recycling collection/removal.
      • Sweep/clear walkways.
      • Season specific maintenance such as mowing, weeding, raking, shoveling, laying down salt, as needed.
    • Complete repairs as needed, escalating non-routine repairs and emergencies to a supervisor.
    • Move furniture and equipment as needed.
    • Perform routine housekeeping/custodial activities for all PA Options for Wellness buildings including but not limited to:
      • Sweep/vacuum/mop floors.
      • Clean walls and windows.
      • Dust tables/stands/light fixtures.
      • Empty garbage cans and wastebaskets, collecting and disposing of refuse.
      • Clean and mop lavatories; replaces soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
      • Perform a variety of errands and related custodial tasks.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    The successful candidate will possess:
    • A high school diploma or GED (required) with prior maintenance, housekeeping, or custodial experience in an office environment being preferred; or any combination of knowledge, skills, and experience.
    • Working knowledge of cleaning practices and use of supplies/equipment to do so.
    • Familiarity with building maintenance and items contained within including basic broke/fix operations; ability to escalate non-routine issues.
    • Demonstrated commitment to strict safety standards, including but not limited to equipment, cleaning products, etc.
    • Ability to understand and carry out simple oral and written directions.
    • Ability to complete tasks in a thorough, timely manner.
