    The Director of Marketing will be responsible to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing programs to reach consumers in support of PA Options for Wellness’s mission and vision ensuring consistency of brand image and messaging. The incumbent will partner with Senior Leadership, as well as division leaders, to create and deliver creative campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase market visibility with the goal of generating revenue. This position will also plan, implement, manage, and monitor the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness as well as our online reputation, improve our exposure through multiple platforms while building strong online communities, and increase sales. This position will serve as the company spokesperson, creating and disseminating crisis management communication, as needed, will coordinate outreach initiatives, and may be responsible to lead a team of junior marketing professionals.
    Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
    Essential duties and responsibilities
    • In partnership with division leaders, develop, manage, and implement comprehensive marketing and communication initiatives and activities including campaigns, events, digital marketing, public relations, product development, advertising campaigns, community outreach, and pricing strategies to promote company products and services.
    • Take ownership for marketing materials, graphic design, etc. ensuring consistent messaging with adherence to brand and style standards.
    • Create, implement, and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness; spearhead efforts to increase Search Engine Optimization (SEO) visibility.
    • Develop company marketing policies and communicate to leaders within the organization.
    • Implement marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and trends to translate results into action items for marketing team.
    • Take ownership for campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations; provide detailed reports to C-Suite regarding campaign performance, both successes and opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
    • Oversee company website including content, messaging, updates, etc.; monitor, analyze, and maintain traffic to website and other electronic media sites ensuring consistent content and presence.
    • Identify short- and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs; includes but is not limited to development and management of an annual budget, profit/loss projections, spending, etc.
    Non-essential duties and responsibilities
    • Guide, mentor, and lead a team of junior marketing professionals.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    The successful candidate will possess:
    • Bachelor’s degree required with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years extensive experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, or brand management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Advanced experience determining target audience and catering unique marketing campaigns as well as understanding of marketing strategy/use of concepts through outreach.
    • Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a strong business acumen.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Adept multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks; passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Demonstrated experience creating successful marketing campaigns and ability to present concepts in new ways/from new perspectives.
    • Advanced experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media platforms and strategies, and internet ranking for web content.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and various marketing software programs.
